Minister Dagne Barton, MA is a wife to one, sister to many, & LifeChanger to all she meets. She is a passionate woman about God’s business in her many roles. She has a Bachelors in Business

Administration from Austin Peay State University and a Masters in Non Profit Leadership from

Webster University. Called to the ministry of administration, Minister Dagne serves as Executive

Assistant to the Bishop and Projects and Strategic Planning Director at New Life.

She lives in O’Fallon, Illinois and is happily married to Isadore Barton. Together they share a blended family of 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren. She is a certified Life Coach and owns a staff and ministry development/training consulting/coaching business ValUAdded Coaching & Consulting. She is a proud soror of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.

She is a published author of “Phenomenal Woman…Gurl That’s U” and “A Gurl with a PLAN (Purpose Living Action Now) Planner and Journal” She is passionate about every one of her roles and works tirelessly at each one. She is making an impact and setting the example in her home as a wife and mother; in her church as a leader and encourager; and in her community as a Life Changer and mentor. Elder Vivian Moore, MBA is passionate about the things of God. She has a personal mission statement to love God, love God’s people and advance the Kingdom of God here in the earth. This all started when she received the Lord as her savior at the age of 6 years old, and received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit at a youth church meeting at the age of 14. 

For the past 14 years, she has followed the spiritual maturation and guidance into the model of servant leadership by following her Bishop, First Lady and the LifeChangers at New Life in Christ Interdenominational Church (NLICIC). 

Currently at NLICIC she serves in the role of Church Operations and Finance Director, it brings together her education in Accounting and Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University and post graduate education, continued in Masters of Business Administration from Fontbonne University and certificate in Non-Profit Management from Washington University. She also received notable training as a graduate of the CORO Women in Leadership Program St. Louis. She counts it an honor to change lives in her lifetime by serving many church leaders, ministries, community and civic organizations.

Pastor Jermaine Manor, M.Mus is a singer, pianist, vocal coach and Worship & Arts Pastor currently residing in Belleville, IL. He is a native of Miami, FL and a graduate of New World School Of The Performing Arts and an alumni of Auburn University. As a former student of Julliard alums Elisabeth Braden and Eric Caldwell, Jermaine brings to his singing and voice instruction a special understanding of the way the voice and body works. 

This knowledge sets him apart in his ability to communicate pedagogically and artistically. As a singer, it has allowed him a large musical vocabulary and success across genres. From opera to jazz, classical, gospel and musical theater.

A long time musical director for stellar and dove award artist Joe Pace, and A&R rep for Integrity Gospel, Jermaine has been afforded the opportunity to travel around the world spreading the message of hope and love through music.

He also served at Covenant Church of Pittsburgh under the tutelage and mentorship of Bishop Joseph Garlington; one of the nation’s leading teachers and worship leaders. 

Jermaine has held leading and supporting roles in Les' Miserables, Purlie, Guys and Dolls, The Phantom Of The Opera, Porgy and Bess, Chicago, The Wiz and Oklahoma to name a few. He currently serves in various bi-vocational capacities. Currently, the Worship Pastor at New Life In Christ Church as well as an adjunct vocal coach at McKendree University and COCA St. Louis (Center Of Creative Arts). His latest endeavor is the launch of his full scale production company MANORminor, LLC. Out of all the accomplishments, his pride and joy are his beautiful wife and baby boy, Grayson! Manor lives by the mantra "What I do is a GET TO" not a HAVE TO. It's an honor to serve in the capacity in which God has blessed me".

Pastor Mahogany Dudley-Finley is the Director of Spiritual Formation at New Life. She is a champion for the discipleship of kids and families and is passionate about equipping those who have spiritual leadership and influence with children. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts degree in Children’s and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary. During her 11+ years of experience in the Children’s Ministry space, Mahogany served as the Children’s Pastor at New Life in Christ Church in O’Fallon, Illinois, and the Training Manager for the International Network of Children’s Ministry (INCM) where she currently works to equip Children’s Ministry Leaders from all over the world. Mahogany has also trained children’s ministry teams in the local church and led breakout sessions at Children’s and Family Ministry conferences. Mahogany is a devoted wife to her husband, Travis Finley, who shares her passion for empowering the next generation.
